Job Responsibilities:
- Assist department heads in goal development.
- Provide leadership to meet financial and performance targets.
- Monitor daily operations.
- Establish performance standards.
- Review business processes for efficiency.
- Support company initiatives from the Site Managing Director.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in the semiconductor industry; 5+ years as a Department Manager.
- Hands-on shop floor management experience.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
