Job Description
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate
- Relevant Experience: Previous Experience in site sourcing, real estate, market research
- Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with local zoning regulations, land use codes and permitting requirements is important to ensure that chosen sites comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Site Evaluation: Experience in conducting on-site assessments, documenting observations and creating comprehensive site visit reports.
- Compute Proficiency: Basic skills in Microsoft Office or G Suite
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits are required
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
