Job Description
The Mempin Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage our gas station operations. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising staff adherence to store policies, preparing work schedules, controlling inventory, and generating sales and shift end reports. The Site Supervisor will train new and existing staff, resolve employee issues, and improve overall worker motivation and customer service.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay starting from Php17,00.00. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift. Additional benefits include a 13th-month salary.
Work location is in person, with an expected start date of 02/25/2025.
