Job Description
A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that all work is completed according to plans and specifications. They play a critical role in coordinating and supervising daily activities on the construction site, including managing timelines, resources, and subcontractors. The main duties of a Site Supervisor include:
- Supervising and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Managing construction personnel and subcontractors, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspecting and reviewing work progress, resolving construction-related problems, and addressing any deviations from plans.
- Preparing progress reports and updating project documentation to keep stakeholders informed about project status and milestones.
