Job Description
- Clean assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.
- Responsible for bank mailing, notices delivery, and bill payments.
- Back up in photocopying Sales Materials.
- Perform basic repair works and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor office supplies and order cleaning supplies.
- Replace light fittings and broken globes.
- Safe handling of cleaning liquids and gasoline.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in office maintenance advantageous.
- High School or Vocational Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and maintenance works.
- Driving skills preferred.
- Willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
