Job Description
Lynville Land Development Corporation seeks a full-time, on-site Site Warehouse Encoder. The role involves encoding incoming/outgoing material reports, updating stock cards, preparing daily warehouse reports, organizing construction materials, maintaining cleanliness, backing up records, and monitoring material releases to contractors.
- Fresh graduates welcome; degree in Business Administration or Office Management preferred
- Strong attention to detail, basic inventory and PC skills required
- Trustworthiness required when handling homeowners’ keys
- Willingness to be assigned and relocate to Lynville sites; male candidates preferred
