Job Description
- Lead impacting transformation projects including levers like Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process.
- Process discovery, shape and orchestrate interventions that combine data, technology, people, and process transformation.
- Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering successful business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Requirements Qualification:
- Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience.
- Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained/Certified.
- Relevant experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must have at least 2 years Six Sigma Experience/Practitioner.
- Must have at least 2 years of overall work experience related to Business Excellence.
- With leadership experience.
