Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide regular inspections of all slot machines and casino games to ensure there has been no tampering or otherwise illegal attempts to alter machines.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and technical troubleshooting of all gaming machines within the casino.
- Move and reinstall slot machines as needed when casino floor plans are revised.
- Keep detailed records of all machine inventory, required upgrades, and parts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related technical field/short term course.
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within the online gaming or casino industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to online platforms, browsers, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with online gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with player inquiries and technical frustrations.
Working Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
