Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support for online slot machine players.
- Resolve issues through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Communicate solutions clearly and keep players informed about issue statuses.
- Collaborate with technical teams and analyze player support data for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in technical support, preferably in online gaming.
