Job Description
1. SO management: Undertake regional sales targets, integrate internal and external resources for store optimization, and maximize store profit.
2. Store operation: Implement store operation regulations, ensure efficient onsite management, strengthen promoter service capabilities, engage with existing customers, and enhance consumer experience. Maintain a good relationship with OIC and FL.
3. Activity execution: Carry out promotional activities in stores and collaborate with Mall resources.
4. Online traffic diversion: Maintain content release on online platforms such as GMB and FB. Obtain online resources from Mall, drive foot traffic to stores, and facilitate conversions; manage online sales during off-duty hours.
5. Team management: Supervise promoter duty schedule and attendance, facilitate communication of targets and performance-based compensation, and provide daily follow-up. Conduct team meetings.
6. Instore Training: Provide training for promoters, OIC, and FL to ensure they are equipped with product and ecosystem knowledge, sales capabilities, and the ability to deliver an excellent consumer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php 40,00.00 per month
