Job Description
We seek an experienced Subject-Matter Expert (SME) Manager to lead SME teams, define SME strategy, and ensure consistent, high-quality technical and business guidance. You will manage knowledge assets, oversee training and coaching, coordinate projects, monitor performance, and align SMEs with stakeholder needs to drive product and service excellence.
- Requirements: 5+ years in SME or functional leadership
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with process improvement and coaching is a plus
