Job Description
A global telecom broadband solutions company located in Laguna is seeking an SMT Section Manager. This key role entails managing SMT production KPIs to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
– Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
– Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
– Proficient in Panasonic machines (screen printer, AOI, wave machine)
– Detail-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills
