Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Behavior Change Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Behavior Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive positive behavior change within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and analysis to understand the current behaviors and attitudes of our target audience.
- Developing and executing comprehensive behavior change campaigns and interventions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Evaluating the impact of behavior change initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in behavior change or social marketing. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving positive social change are essential for success in this role.
