Job Description
One-day hiring process!
Earn up to Php 25,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through social media.
- Analyze social media interactions and provide reports to management.
- Enhance the company’s online reputation through professional responses.
- Manage potential social media crises and escalate when necessary.
