Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly! We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at SGS PH – Sapient BPO Global in our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media promptly and professionally.
- Track social media interactions and provide insights to management.
- Contribute to our online reputation through constructive feedback responses.
- Identify potential social media crises and escalate as necessary.
