Job Description
Handles all the social media accounts of H&H
Monitors other Facebook pages and Instagram accounts not handled by unknown users
Conducts benchmarking with accounts of other companies
Monitors and updates information on Facebook, Instagram, and the website
Answers inquiries and forwards them to the Central Reservations Office and/or Banquet Sales
Does photo shoots for stock photos to be used for posting
Creates content plans for posting on all social media accounts of H&H
Performs basic editing of photos/videos for posting on all social media accounts
Coordinates with the graphics team to create layouts for specific events
Coordinates with hotel managers for information and promotional updates
Creates social media analytics weekly, submitting them at the end of each month
Coordinates with Banquet Sales for events that can be used for posting on all social media accounts
Endorses events/promos to ICT and/or Brand Republic for website updates
Must be ready for urgent tasks such as rush promo ads and events that need to be posted on all social media accounts
Attends events to do photo shoots for social media posting and provide assistance
Stays updated on the latest trends
