Job Description
1. Monitoring the company’s digital media presence, ensuring regular updates, and regularly connecting with the client on the social media platform
2. Strategize techniques to increase webpage visitors and boost brand awareness on online marketing servers
3. Respond to all inquiries and concerns regarding the services the company offers, as well as resolving and escalating high-level complaints
4. Planning and executing social media strategies, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring analytics
5. Collaborate with marketing team, stay informed about industry trends, and may assist in developing campaigns
6. Monitoring competitor activity and staying updated on platform algorithm changes
7. Promote products and services on social media platform
Job Type: Full-time
