Job Description
Job title: Social Media Manager
Schedule: Flexible Schedule with overlap
Salary Budget (Pay Rate): $800 – $1200 USD
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Developing engaging and brand-aligned content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially others, depending on your target audience.
- Content Scheduling and Posting: Planning and scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to maintain a consistent presence online.
- Community Engagement: Actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and managing customer service inquiries through social media platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media performance using analytics tools to track engagement rates, follower growth, and the overall effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a Social Media Manager or a similar role
- Proficiency with Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc
- Experience with utilizing different social media platforms for posting social media content
- Proficiency professionally using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and etc.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a huge advantage
