Job Description
I. JOB/POSITION SUMMARY
Social media managers are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for the company’s social media accounts.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and overseeing Ecell Philippines’ social media presence.
- Supervising a calendar for social media content with relevant information about the company’s brands.
- Creating written and visual content for various social media platforms through research.
- Enhancing engagement on social media platforms through promotional ideas.
- Establishing social media presence with active engagement.
- Tracking essential performance indicators (KPIs) in social media marketing.
- Monitoring trends and competitor performance.
- Collaborating with brands to boost brand awareness.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in social media marketing and platforms.
- Strategic mindset for impactful marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing and analytical abilities.
- Effective organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
