Job Description
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Primary responsibilities:
- Organize and run marketing campaigns over social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Lazada, Shopee)
- Create content, incl. text posts, videos and images for social media in line with brand image
- Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
- Manage marketing budget to be spent on promoting social media
- Keep track of data and analyze performance and ROI of campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments
- Deal with any conflicts or issues quickly
- General day to day tasks as required and needed
Experience Requirements
- At least 5+ years experience in social media marketing
- Experience in beddings or home furnishing preferred
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of social analytics, online marketing, and major marketing channels
- Able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Flexible in work taskings
- Must be proactive with a good working attitude – not afraid to speak up when you see rooms for improvement, as your opinions will be valued
- Demonstrate confidence and leadership to work with other teams
- College degree in a relevant course preferred but not a must

- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
