Job Description
- Creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
- Responsible for building the brand and storytelling through our social media channels. He/She ensures that the content published adds visibility and awareness, but also consistently represents the brand’s voice, style and image.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML).
- Monitor day-to-day conversations and activity across all social media platforms
- Maintain several Facebook accounts through copywriting, photography, editing, and creating advertisements.
- Proofread, edit and format text and images, design cover art, and adjust program function for each title.
- Increase follower participation through contests and giveaways.
