Job Description
A Social Media Moderator is responsible for monitoring and engaging with users on various social media platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring social media platforms for user comments, messages, and mentions
- Replying to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with company guidelines and policies
- Identifying and escalating potential issues or crises to the appropriate team members
- Proactively engaging with followers and fostering a positive online community
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional online presence
- Experience in customer service or community management is a plus
