Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media / Retail Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and assisting with retail sales in our store.
Your main tasks will include creating and scheduling engaging social media content, responding to customer inquiries and comments, monitoring social media trends, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns.
Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience, assist customers in finding products, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in social media management is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sales experience in a retail setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- An eye for detail and creative thinking.
