Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media / Retail Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company’s social media platforms and assisting with retail sales activities.
As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and monitoring online conversations and trends. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and help generate sales. You will ensure the retail space is clean and well-stocked, undertake stock replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Prior experience in social media management and retail sales is preferred.
