Job Description
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, document, and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and raise corporate profile.
- Develop a corporate style guide, and standardize our branding across our corporate website and social media channels.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain our presence on various social media platforms, including our company website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform, including text posts, images, videos, and multimedia assets.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms professionally and promptly.
- Utilize social media management tools for content scheduling, performance tracking, and metric analysis.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platforms, and best practices to optimize strategy.
- Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for performance improvement.
- Experiment with new content formats, engagement tactics, and campaign ideas to drive audience growth.
