Job Description

Conduct monitoring visits to beneficiaries in coordination with the RPMO’s and LSWDO’s

Conduct kumustahan session with program beneficiaries

Conduct consultation dialogue with LGU’s primarily with the LSWDO on the continuous case management of beneficiaries

Prepare monitoring visit report with recommendations to improve program delivery/implementation

Prepare a progress report on each beneficiary highlighting the family’s situation with recommendations from kumustahan session

Facilitate case conferences with relevant counterparts in the LGUs/Field Offices and partner agencies

Maintain the master list of beneficiaries and update their status regularly

Attend Division regular meetings and perform other related tasks to program implementation

Report to the office beyond approved work arrangements as instructed

Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php36,619.00 per month
