Job Description
Facilitate study implementation by managing participant study visits and associated procedures from screening to exit, with particular focus on participants needing special considerations/protections (e.g., minors, illiterate)
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Professional Experience:
- Licensed social worker
- Preferably with at least two (2) years’ experience, preferably in a similar role in the health, development or non-profit sector
- Possesses adequate qualifications to assist adolescents/young adults requiring medical/psychosocial aid
Competencies Required:
- CLINICAL – Empathy and perceptiveness; skills in active listening, motivational counseling and case management; able to provide health education and promotion and risk reduction counseling; able to embody status-neutral, person-centered approaches and unconditional positive regard towards clients
- TECHNICAL – Proficient in oral and written English business communication; operation of computer and other ICT equipment; knowledge in the use of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; partnership management; time and workload management; good documentation skills
- OTHERS – Can work with minimal supervision, highly trainable, detail-oriented, resourceful, can work well within a team, proactive, open to constructive feedback, and gender-sensitive

Salary: Up to Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
