Job Description
QualiMed Hospital in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna is seeking a dedicated Medical Social Worker. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough assessments of patients’ social cases to enhance care management and reduce incidences of problematic patients.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluations of patients and families.
- Recommend eligible patients for financial assistance from various agencies.
- Assist in applying for financial support from government programs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on cases.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, must be a Registered Social Worker, knowledgeable of relevant regulations, and able to start ASAP.
