Job Description
Department: Operations
Level: Experienced (Team Lead)
Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operations teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud
Job Description:
- Oversee the Sortpack process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
- Create a schedule and monitor tasks and duties; manage the overall performance and attendance
- Manage problematic areas and ensure that parcels are repacked and properly endorsed and accounted for
- Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
- Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
- Provide reports to Inbound Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Warehousing, or Manufacturing industries
- Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
- Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
- Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
- Amenable to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
