Job Description
As a Sorting Center – Functional Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the sorting operations in our center. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient sorting of packages and parcels, adhering to quality and productivity targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the sorting team, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure timely and accurate sorting. You will monitor the performance of the team, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize the sorting process.
Other duties include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the proper use of sorting equipment, and promoting a culture of safety among the team members. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential for this position.
