Job Description
Department: Operations
Level: Experienced (Team Lead)
Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operations team at Shopee is responsible for the end-to-end operational process on the platform. From product search to product delivery, the team monitors KPIs across the region, conducts root cause analysis, and comprises various functions including Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
- Oversee Sorting Center’s inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations KPI/performance
- Initiate improvements for operational efficiency
- Work with SOC Lead for manpower planning and allocation
- Evaluate sub leads’ performance, provide feedback, and ramp up plan
- Collaborate with SPX Express Operations for volume forecasting and SOC operations optimization
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5-8 years of experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields
- Experience in managing volume operations and manpower
- Proficient in KPI and performance monitoring
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
- Willing to work in Plaridel Bulacan
