Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sourcing and Recruitment Leader. In this role, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.
As a Sourcing and Recruitment Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry professionals
