Job Description
Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment-related tasks
- Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators
- Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed
- Compile the requirements needed by the Home-Based e-Educators
- Orient in-coming Home-based e-Educators regarding their tasks and other requirements
- Check on the applicants’ profile and background. Do reference checks.
- Do final check on applications and make sure all requirements passed.
- Report their tasks on a daily basis
- Consolidate reports at the end of the day to be submitted to the Recruitment team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education, or the equivalent
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of ESL teaching experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month
