Job Description
The Central Sourcing Team (CST) is seeking a skilled Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Sourcing Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top talent to meet our organization’s hiring needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to successfully pitch opportunities to potential candidates.
