Job Description
The Sourcing Scout will serve as the subject matter expert in sourcing activities, implementing effective social sourcing strategies, and utilizing various recruitment tools and channels such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social media platforms. This role is essential for generating candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals across regional recruitment projects.
The ideal candidate will employ innovative methods, such as hosting hiring events and leveraging TikTok or Snapchat to enhance our branding efforts. Daily quotas and sourcing ratios will be expected to ensure successful outcomes.
Applicants should have 3-5 years of sourcing experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong computer skills, and a proven ability to meet recruitment metrics.
