Job Description

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and securing high-quality candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Your main tasks will include conducting candidate searches, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to find potential candidates
  • Review and analyze resumes to determine potential fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
