Job Description
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday / Midshift
Benefits: HMO, leave credits
Key Role:
- Responsible for candidate generation, screening, and interviewing.
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media.
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks.
- Coordinate with recruiting managers to determine position requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience.
- Experience in BPO is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in mid-shift/onsite set-up.
Job Type: Fixed-term
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Range: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
