Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sourcing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Sourcing Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sourcing activities of the company, including identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and evaluating supplier performance.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required for this role.
- Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assess supplier performance and address any issues
