Job Description
CITICIRCLE GROUP INC. is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for our Thai or Asian Fusion Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand, assist with meal planning, and ensure timely kitchen operations.
Your role will involve resolving customer concerns personally, monitoring inventory, and recruiting and training junior kitchen staff.
You will create schedules, evaluate employee performance, and manage kitchen activities in the executive chef’s absence, all while adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
