Job Description
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR SPANISH CSR EXPERIENCE.
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST A 1 YEAR SPANISH CSR EXPERIENCE.
APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE IN EASTWOOD.
A Customer Service Representative – Spanish Bilingual is expected to:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls involving customers, service technicians, and sales associates.
- Address various call types, such as confirming delivery satisfaction, verifying future scheduled deliveries, resolving damaged furniture claims, and providing ETAs for backordered product inquiries.
- Engage in other activities during non-call periods, including taking breaks, participating in one-on-one coaching sessions with supervisors, undergoing necessary training (refresher and process changes), and checking emails for communication updates.
What it takes to be part of our team:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED
- At least a year of proven experience in Customer Service is REQUIRED, preferably Spanish CSR
