Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, have excellent communication skills, and possess a customer-oriented mindset. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
