Job Description
iQor Philippines is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to deliver professional support in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat. The role includes responding to product and policy inquiries, processing orders and returns, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
- Requirements: fluency in Spanish and English, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency; prior customer service or call-center experience preferred.
- Employment: full-time, in-person with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Compensation & benefits: Php40,00–60,00/month, health and life insurance, paid training, paid time off, and performance-based raises. Opportunities for career growth and training are provided.
