Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, both in English and Spanish.
- Log, track, and prioritize support tickets in our IT service management system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT support processes and solutions.
- Educate end-users on IT best practices and self-help resources.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in an IT Service Desk or technical support role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot IT issues.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools is an advantage.
- Experience in Cyber Security.

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
