Job Description

Our company, SupportNinja, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representative.

As a representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our Spanish-speaking customers. Your main duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, as well as a strong technical background. You should have a deep understanding of computer systems, software applications, and be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
