Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing Spanish.
- Healthcare experience in BPO is a must.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act in an ethical and honest manner, building trust while being reliable and dependable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be fluent in both oral and written English and Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
