Responsibilities:

  • Effectively respond to customer contacts through calls, emails, and chats.

  • Perform tasks to support departmental needs.

Requirements:

  • 2-year undergraduate degree or knowledge of call center operations.
  • Commitment to company values and policies.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
