Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a dedicated SPE-RCM Customer & PT Services Specialist to be the primary contact for our process-specific solution program. In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers and manage various responsibilities including answering inbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, conducting outreach, and executing tasks in accordance with client protocols.
You will collaborate closely with our management team to enhance customer satisfaction and implement operational improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
