What is this role about?
The Audit Manager will oversee the auditing of lubricants, depots, and vessel operations by creating the audit plan, monitoring the audit reports of each officer, analyzing depot and vessel performance, and communicating with stakeholders on any audit-related issues and action items.
What will YOU do?
- Develop and implement an audit plan for depots, lubricants, and marine transport based on the reports of audit officers and prioritizing the audit of the depots or vessels with high variances.
- Ensure that audits are executed based on the audit plan, and submission of audit result(s) are within the set lead-time.
- Monitor audit result to analyze depot performance.
- Discuss the depot and vessel performance with the stakeholders and identify process improvements to reduce oil loss.
- Oversee the compilation of monthly and quarterly reports on variance analysis and action items for all audited depots and vessels.
- Participate in the Oil Loss Management Committee to analyze oil loss for the whole supply chain.
- Lead in the conduct of investigation of referred special audit cases and summarize audit findings report.
What will YOU need?
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the same role – with people management experience as well.
- Must have a background in oil and gas, retail, or other related industries.
