Job Description
Job Summary
- Assists in proper safekeeping and correct filing of sales collection, deposits, and other sales-related documents
- Ensures correct and accurate reporting of sales and other transactions
- Provides admin support in managing petty cash, accountable forms, and appropriate department tools
- Handles sales remittances by sales personnel
- Ensures timely deposit of sales collection
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related fields
