Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Specialist I Collections to join our team. As a Specialist I Collections, your main responsibility will be to manage overdue accounts and work towards resolving outstanding balances.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing delinquent accounts and contacting customers for payment
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements
- Documenting all customer interactions and payment agreements
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve outstanding issues
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
